SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC)
The SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC) encourages employers to invest in enterprise transformation and capabilities of their employees. Eligible employers will receive a one-off S$10,000 credit to cover up to 90% of out-of-pocket expenses on qualifying costs for supportable initiatives, over and above the support levels of existing schemes. There is no cap on the SFEC amount that can be used for workforce transformation

Points to note :
1. There is no need to apply for SFEC. Your credit will be automatically used on supportable programmes that you have applied for.
2. Employers have to meet the eligibility criteria of the individual SFEC-supportable programmes before they can draw down the credit.
3. Eligible employers have been qualified over 5 qualifying periods. Refer to the Enterprise Portal for Jobs and Skills here for more details.
4.Final claims for SFEC-supportable programmes must be submitted to the respective agencies by 30 June 2024
Enhanced Training Support for SMEs (ETSS)
Target Audience
Enterprises – SME-sponsored local employees (i.e. Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents).
This scheme is all organisations, including non-business entities not registered with ACRA e.g. VWOs, societies, etc.
Only Ministries, statutory boards, and other government agencies are not eligible under Enhanced Training Support for SMEs Scheme.
Sole proprietorships which meet all of the above criteria are also eligible.
Eligibility Criteria
SMEs must meet ALL of the following eligibility criteria:
1. Registered or incorporated in Singapore
2. Employment size of not more than 200 or with annual sales turnover of not more than $100 million.
The SME-sponsored Trainees:
1.Must be Singapore Citizens . Singapore Permanent Residents or Long Term Visit Pass Plus (LTVP+) holders
2.Courses have to be fully paid for by the employer
3.Trainee is NOT a full-time national serviceman.
