Industry veteran Juan Foo has crafted a set of courses specially to share his lessons learned with local producers.
These Producers Toolkit Courses can be taken individually but you are encouraged to take all three to gain the most from them.
Each is a 2 day course costing S$ 790 before GST.
This course is supported for up to 90% subsidy under the IMDA Talent Assistance Scheme through Six Degrees Asia . In addition media freelancers can apply for a S$ 7.50 per hour training allowance.

About Your Instructor
Juan is a pioneer filmmaker of 17 years since the Singapore film resurgence in the 1990s. He has worked as a freelance crew, video editor and analyzed scripts for finance and distribution. His grounded and round experiences has made him to be the objective film voice for film panels and think tanks. His producing capacity has seen him work on up to seven feature films and several television projects like anthology series and international documentaries.
Juan is one of the few producers who have made motion pictures on various formats ranging from digital video, HD and film. His development work has seen him incubate film projects through international film platforms such as the 'Asia-Europe Coproduction Meeting' 'Hubert Bals Award' and 'Produire Au Sud' ; giving him a broad perspective on the cinema and television content market. Juan has also successfully sold a script project to a Hollywood studio.
Continuing his interest to nurture and open doors for new film and media practitioners, Juan sits on the programme advisory panel for the Multimedia Technology & Design School at UniSIM and Chapman University's Creative Producing Programme.
Juan is also a lecturer, curator, writer/critic and film jury.He has worked in MDA and WDA developing talent, assessing content quality and media training. He is embarking on writing a book about the Singapore film industry.
