SSG Funding support and Skillsfuture Credit
Please note, the SSG funding support and Skillsfuture Credit are only valid for AV8 courses that have been WSQ Approved.
Currently the following courses are supported under SSG funding

Singapore Citizens (aged between 21 and 40 years old ) , PRs and Long Term Visit Pass Plus (LTVP+) holders (Self-sponsored individuals must be at least 21 years old) |

You will only need to pay the nett course fee (full course fee after SSG’s funding). To check if a course is supported by SSG, click here.
You can also use Skillfuture credit (SFC) to offset any part of the course fee not covered by the above. This incudes GST.
For example ,a WSQ course costs S$ 1000 before GST. (S$ 1090 incl 9% GST)
if you are a self sponsored Singapore citizen aged above 40 ,you would automatically receive 70% course fee funding. You do not need to do anything on your part to get this.
The course fee you need to pay becomes S$ 300 (after 70% course fee funding) + S$ 90 (GST amount on original course fee) = S$ 390.00
If you have available Skillsfuture credit (either in oroginal Skillsfuture Credit or Skillsfuture Credit Top Up) you can use that to cover all or part of the S$390 .
Please note that SFC has several components. You use cannot use the Additional SkillsFuture Credit (Mid-Career Support) component of your SFC as that is meant only for courses taken at IHLs and SSG appointed CET centres
